“I’m really happy I found mamabaila. Each class we start with gentle moves to connect with our body, our breathing and our babies. Then we continue with dance moves until we find ourselves dancing all kinds of latin beats: cumbia, salsa, samba, merengue… Paula is an excellent dancer and dance teacher.  She is also a doula and training as a midwife, so she knows a great deal about pregnancy and delivery. She has nice and gentle energy and it just feels great to be around her. She has given me wise advice about my diet and yoga exercises that I can do during my pregnancy and delivery.
