Mama Baila classes are back in Austin!

Pregnant and needing some time to focus on building your inner and outer strength for the birthing process? 

Classes are back starting this Wednesday 11/28/12 from 3-4pm!

New Location: 2004 Canterbury St.(Chicon/Cesar Chavez area) 

Mama Baila (Dance Mama!) uses traditional Latin dances such as Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue and Bachata to create fun, easy-to follow dance classes. Mama Baila Prenatal classes combine dancing with strength building and childbirth preparation, including active practice of movements, positions and breathing for laboring and birthing. The focus of the prenatal class is on tuning in to the body and letting go of inhibitions to allow for organic movement.

11:30am-12:30pm Pre-natal Dance Class
12:30pm-1:30pm Post-partum Dance Classes

Beginning Monday November 28th at East West Family Health (New Location) at 1709 Rio Grande (Downtown Austin, 78701) with ample parking.

Every Monday at 1:30-2:30pm for Pre-natal Dance and 3pm-4pm for Post-partum Dance

Mama Baila (Dance Mama!) is a pre-natal and post-partum dance and fitness program designed to support you in preparing for a healthy and empowered birth and a fit and energetic motherhood experience. Mama Baila uses traditional Latin dances (Salsa, Cumbia, Merengua and Bachata) to create a fun, easy-to follow dance experience.  Mama Baila Pre-natal classes  combine dancing with childbirth preparation, including active practice of positions and breathing for labor and birthing.  Mama Baila Post-partum classes integrate exercises to rebuild the pelvic floor and mend from Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation).
